Sustainable Heating
The Future of Eco-Friendly Home Comfort
At Toyotomi, sustainability is more than a commitment, it’s a continuous journey. We are reimagining home heating solutions to reduce environmental impact, lower emissions and promote circularity without compromising on performance or comfort.

Renewable & Eco Heating liquids
In a groundbreaking adaptation, Toyotomi has adapted its FF-type paraffin heaters to operate on Neste MY Renewable Diesel (HVO), a fuel made from 100% renewable waste and residue materials, reducing greenhouse gas emission up to 95%. This is the first ever heater in the world to be able to run on 100% sustainable future and we are proud to be leading the way towards a more sustainable future of portable and fixed heating in Europe.
Toyotomi Nova fuel is our eco-conscious fuel, designed to reduce carbon emissions. This next-generation co-processed fuel blends 10% certified renewable feedstocks with traditional paraffin, cutting fossil fuel use and lowering CO₂ emissions.
Double Clean Combustion Technology
Found in models like the DC‑100C, Toyotomi’s Double Clean system employs two combustion chambers. The primary chamber burns most of the kerosene, then any residual is re‑burned in a secondary chamber, significantly cutting emissions. This design reduces carbon monoxide (CO) emissions by up to 15×, and nitrogen oxides (NOₓ) by up to 5×, compared to regulatory limits, making it one of the cleanest portable paraffin heaters in the world.

Recyclable and Durable Products
Our heaters are designed for longevity, repairability and recyclability. Over 93% of materials used in our heating products are already recyclable and we’re working toward a future where we can increase this number even further to reclaim more of the materials used in manufacturing.
To further extend product life and reduce environmental impact, Toyotomi ensures the availability of spare parts for at least 10 years after a product’s release. This supports long-term maintenance, minimizes premature replacement and strengthens our commitment to a circular economy.
Laser Burner Technology
The Laser Clean burner, used in FF models and Laser heaters like the FF-55 or LC-30, provides clean and efficient heating without wick maintenance. It includes intelligently controlled combustion, a circulation fan and a design that ensures complete fuel burn even with lower-grade paraffin. This results in low odor, minimal NOₓ emissions and high fuel efficiency, largely unaffected by fuel quality.

Smarter, Greener Packaging
We’re rethinking packaging from the ground up. Our approach focuses on reducing material weight, eliminating non-recyclable components and introducing bio-based alternatives that are gentler on the planet.
Grass Paper Packaging: A renewable, low-impact material that cuts CO₂ emissions during production by a factor of 4.8, while using less water and energy. (shown in the image)
New Recycled Boxes: In 2024, we introduced 98% recycled-content cardboard boxes in Spain FSC-certified, supporting responsible forest management. and since 2014 all our heaters cardboard boxes are fully recyclable.
Recycled Cardboard: Since 2025, we have been progressively replacing the Styrofoam used in packaging our heaters with recycled cardboard. The upper part of our heaters are now now fully protected with recycled material within the carton boxes and we plan to transition the bottom part in 2026.
Moving Forward
Our mission is clear, to lead the transformation of the portable and fixed heating sector toward a more sustainable, low-emission future. Whether through renewable fuel integration, recyclable materials or advanced low-impact technologies, Toyotomi is dedicated to heating the world responsibly, one innovation at a time.
